Ihtida — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ihtida (“the App”), developed by Javid Lone. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ihtida on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Ihtida may offer in-app purchases and/or subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple’s or Google’s platform and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your platform account settings before the renewal date.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ihtida and Javid Lone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
